This Policy explains what TEFL Screen collects, why it is collected, and how uploaded candidate videos are handled.

TEFL Screen may collect the email address used to request the evaluation, uploaded videos, video URLs, technical request data, generated report content, payment reference details, and support communications.
TEFL Screen uses collected information to validate requests, process videos, generate preview and full reports, confirm delivery, provide support, improve operations, and help prevent misuse or fraud.
To operate the service, TEFL Screen may use hosting providers, storage systems, analytics or monitoring tools, and AI or media-processing providers that help analyze uploaded materials and produce reports.
Those providers process data on TEFL Screen's behalf or under their own terms where applicable. TEFL Screen may change providers over time as the product evolves.
Uploaded videos are retained for up to 90 days and may be deleted sooner when they are no longer needed for report generation, support, troubleshooting, or misuse review.
TEFL Screen does not currently publish a fixed public retention period for every other operational record, but such records may be kept as reasonably necessary for service operations, compliance, and support.
TEFL Screen uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Access to submitted materials should be limited to personnel or providers with a legitimate operational need.
TEFL Screen and its providers may process or store information in more than one country. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred across borders where legally permitted.
You may contact TEFL Screen to ask privacy questions, request deletion where available, or report a concern about submitted content.
If you submit a candidate video, you are responsible for managing any notice or consent obligations owed to the candidate.
